TOMBSTONE IN POLAND (EUROPE)

This photograph was taken by the daughter of one my readers, while visiting Poland recently.  It is the tombstone in Poznan Old Garrrison Cemetery, Poland,  for Alfred George Henriques, Flight Lieutenant, Royal Air Force pilot, who died in Poland on August 17, 1944, at the age of 28.  

He was the son of Alfred and Linda Henriques, born December 15, 1915 in Jamaica (from the records of the Amalgamated Congregation of Israelites).
